How do you process my personal data?

- Your name, delivery address, billing address and contact details like your phone number and email address
- Your payment details, as appropriate, and we will share those with your chosen payment provider as well as our payment processing partner.
How do I pay?
Which credit card cards can I use? We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa for payment.
What is the process when I use my credit card in the Thero Shop? When you use your credit card, the card will be pre-authorised for payment at the time of ordering. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of the order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your bank.
Can I use PayPal? We do not accept payment by PayPal.
Delivery
• Takes 5 business days for deliveries in EU country.
• Takes 10 business days for deliveries in US.
Returns
We accept returns only for defective products, you can return the product to us within 10 days from the day you receive your parcel. Costs of delivery will be up to the customers.

Please make sure that any returns are in a sealed box and packaged securely.
We’ll start processing your refund within 1-2 days after we get the items back. It can take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your bank.
How should I understand the prices
Are taxes included in the listed prices? Yes, the prices include all applicable taxes. We do not offer VAT or IVA refunds for orders placed online in the Thero.it or over the phone.
Are delivery costs included in the prices? No, delivery costs are not included in the prices. Such costs will be added to your orders. The delivery costs are shown in the shopping bag and in the order review, so you can see the costs before placing the order.
